For the most effective results with Razor Magic, the Cutting Head of your shaver should be
clean (degreased) before the sharpening procedure. A dirty Cutting Head may not sharpen properly.
1-Lift the Cutting Head and brush-out the loose hair stubble.
2-Remove the Cutting Head from the shaver body. (fig. 3 & 4)
Do not disassemble the Cutting Head.
3-Fill a small dish with a solution of DAWN (or similar) liquid soap and hot water. Drop
the Cutting Head into the solution and let it soak, with occasional agitation, for 20-30 minutes. It is important to clean the Cutting Head. Dirty cutting blades may not sharpen properly. After soaking, rinse the Cutting Head with warm water.
4-Dry with a paper towel or hair dryer. Replace the Cutting Head on the shaver body.
Start with a clean and fully assembled shaver. Mix the Razor Magic well. Dip the
applicator tip and spread the Razor Magic solution over the two or three screens
of your electric shaver. (fig. 5 & 6)
1-Turn the shaver ON and let it run for about 30 seconds*
2-Remove the Cutting Head from the shaver body. Do not disassemble the Cutting Head. Rinse well with fresh water and dry with a paper towel or hair dryer. Replace the shaver head on the shaver. (fig. 1 & 2)
3-Lubricate with a single drop of light mineral or baby oil on each of the screens .
(Available at a local drug store). Turn shaver ON to spread the lubricant. Wipe off any excess lubricant before shaving.
*If the motor stalls, turn the shaver OFF and ON or lift and lower the Cutting Head until it runs smoothly.
PLEASE NOTE: • Do not skip the cleaning procedure. • Do not over lubricate. Do not lubricate with motor oil or WD-40. • Read manufacturer’s instructions.• We recommend sharpening only as needed. • Do not disassemble the Cutting Head. Blades and screens are in matched sets. If mixed, it may take 2-3 weeks of shaving to regain maximum sharpness. • This package has enough Razor Magic solution for five or more
sharpening procedures. • After use, wash hands with soap and water.
